Does Foiljoyparty ship to the US Territories?

Yes, we ship to US Territories using USPS, FedEx and UPS and YANWEN.  

We ship worldwide, delivering premium foil and latex balloons to every celebration, anywhere! 🌍🎈

Holidays may affect shipping times. For accurate delivery estimates, please contact customer service.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping delays can occur due to weather, mechanical issues, or local events, especially in remote areas.

FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post operate Monday to Friday. USPS delivers Monday to Saturday, but not guaranteed.

Example:

  • Shipped Monday:
    • 1 Business Day: Tuesday
    • 2 Business Days: Wednesday
    • 5 Business Days: Following Monday

We strive for on-time delivery, but cannot guarantee it.

Shipping costs are based on weight, but bulky items may incur extra fees due to their size. Courier companies calculate dimensional weight (length × width × height ÷ 139) and charge the higher of weight or dimensional weight.

Rates:

  • Ground Shipping: $7.99
  • Express Shipping: Starts at $19.84, increasing with weight.

We recommend limiting bulky items for Express shipping, as costs are based on both weight and size.

Our cut-off time for shipping is 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends due to no courier pickups.

If you need your order shipped the same day, please leave a note in the shipping comments. We will do our best to ship it within our operating hours.

Note: Same-day shipping may not be possible on holidays or after the courier has already picked up from our warehouse.

The later you place the order, the harder it may be to ship on time, especially if weather conditions cause earlier courier pick-ups.

Yes, someone else can sign for your order. Most courier services do not require the recipient’s name to sign. We generally ship orders without a signature.

Signature Options:

  • No Signature Required (NSR): Package is left without a signature (may not be available for all shipments).
  • Indirect Signature Required (ISR): Signature can be obtained from someone at the delivery address, a neighbor, or an authorized person.
  • Direct Signature Required (DSR): Someone at the address signs for the package. If no one is available, delivery will be reattempted.
  • Adult Signature Required (ASR): Signature required from an adult at the delivery address with valid ID (19+ in Canada).

A “Misrouted” parcel means it’s delayed due to an error in routing. For example, you may see this message:

“A PROCESSING ERROR AT DESTINATION CAUSED THIS DELAY; THE PACKAGE WAS MISROUTED AT THE HUB. IT HAS BEEN REROUTED TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION.”

This means the package was sent on the wrong route and will be corrected within 1-2 business days.

Ground orders may take 1-3 business days to process, depending on order volume. Express orders placed before the cut-off time are processed and shipped the same day.

While we pack orders on Sundays, courier pickups occur the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Larger or complex orders may take longer to pack, resulting in extra processing time. Delays can also occur during holidays or bad weather.

Yes, we deliver to residential addresses. For an accurate delivery estimate, please contact customer service by opening a support ticket. You can also reach us via phone or live chat during business hours.

We offer free shipping on orders over $149.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Ground orders may take 1-3 days to process depending on current order volume. Please include your required delivery date in the checkout notes so we can prioritize accordingly, assuming no courier delays. See the article “How to Add a Note to an Order” for more details.

If the order can’t arrive by the requested date, a customer service agent will contact you with options to upgrade shipping.
