- Condition of Returned Products:
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We do not accept returns for used or opened bags of accessories. This includes latex balloons, weights, or opened packages of foil balloons.
- Refund Details:
- You will receive a full refund for the cost of the returned products.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as the courier has already been paid for shipping.

- Latex Balloons:
- Due to their shelf life, latex balloons are not accepted for return past 30 days from the shipping date.
- Foil Balloons:
